Our online orders may take a longer time to deliver than usual.
We will be following all norms of social distancing and using the official guidelines given by WHO. Utmost care will be taken by our team to handle each parcel. Our team members will work at minimum distance of 2 meters from one another, wear protective gloves, and practice all recommended measures of sanitisation.
We will make sure to deliver the parcels at your doorstep by the safest possible way.
We understand the constraints and challenges we are facing and how difficult it would be to return parcels at this time. So we have extended our returns policy to help with this. Items purchased online on or after 1st March 2020 may now be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days receiving them.
At times there may be some delay in processing your return as we will be reducing our team. But we assure you that you will receive a refund. Your patience is highly appreciated.
