Our Commitment to Quality
At Crow, we take pride in creating handmade clothing, stitched with precision and talent. Our textiles are handwoven and naturally dyed, which may result in slight irregularities and natural fading over time. These are not defects but unique signs of the effort that goes into creating each handcrafted garment.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
We're sorry to hear that your package may not have arrived in perfect condition. We guarantee a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at +91 9099311110 or email us at orders@worldofcrow.com for assistance within 24 hours.
Making a Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 working days for an easy and hassle-free process. To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the relevant order.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason.
- Submit your request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and a prepaid label. Please note that the merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging included. If the items show signs of use or tampering, we will be unable to issue a refund and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
As a token of our apology, we are offering a $20 discount on your next or current purchase with the code LOVECROW.
Refunds and Store Credit
Upon receiving your returned package, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sent. We aim to issue a refund to your original payment card within 7 to 10 days. Please keep an eye on your inbox for a refund confirmation email.
- Store Credit: If you choose a store credit, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the value of the returned item. This store credit will never expire and can be used for any future purchase on our site.
- Refund to Original Payment Card: If you opt for a refund to your original payment card, a $10 handling fee plus a 5% restocking fee based on the total order value will apply. While shipping from our warehouse to you is free, all orders are produced on demand, and returns incur additional costs.
Please note: Any shipment sent directly to our address without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund, and we will not be responsible for the loss of the package.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be difficult online. To make fittings easier, we are happy to exchange sizes or colors within 7 days of your delivery date. However, to reduce our environmental impact, we only encourage one exchange per order.
When filling out the return form, please select 'Exchange' and specify the desired size, style, or color for your replacement. We will hold your preferred item for you once we receive and process your return at our NJ warehouse. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Important Notes:
- We do not currently offer exchanges or returns outside of the U.S.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on Scrunchies, Accessories, Hats, Jewelry, Bags, or items from our "Labels with Love" collection for hygiene and merchandise restriction reasons.
- Items purchased from our stockists are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- There are no returns or exchanges on discounted items.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of your order. This is a short window because every piece at Crow is made to order, and cancellations beyond this point would result in immense environmental waste. To cancel, please contact us at orders@worldofcrow.com.
