Shipping policy
Every garment is made to order in our workshop. This "produce on demand" approach helps us reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact.
Production & Delivery
-
Production Time: Since each item is hand-made, please allow 8-10 business days for your order to be produced.
-
Shipping Schedule: Our team works diligently throughout the week, with Sundays and public holidays off. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
-
Domestic Delivery (U.S.): Domestic shipments to the United States take approximately 8-10 days after production is complete.
-
We offer international delivery worldwide. There’s a flat $15 shipping fee, and orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks after they’ve been shipped.
-
Courier Partners: We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL.
International Duties: We've Got Duties Covered, for United States, Canada, and Europe.
Managing Your Delivery
-
Tracking: You can check the status of your order under the "My Orders" section of our website or by using your tracking number directly on the courier's website. We recommend checking for updates often.
-
Address Changes: If you have made an error in your address, please notify us immediately. We can correct it if the parcel has not yet left our workshop. We recommend double-checking your address carefully, as we cannot intercept parcels once they have been shipped.
-
Signature Requirements: For security, some orders require a signature on delivery. If you request that your parcel be left at the porch, we cannot guarantee against loss or theft. Customers are responsible for managing and receiving their shipments.
-
Failed Delivery: We are not responsible for parcels where delivery has been attempted and the customer does not pick up their package at the post office or schedule re-delivery. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, it will be re-shipped at your expense.
Modifying an Order
If you are interested in adding a piece to your existing order prior to it being packed or shipped, please email us directly so we can add it to the current invoice.
