Every piece at Crow is stitched with the highest of standards, The textiles used in our collection is handwoven, Manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.
If the package you have received is not as expected, in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

We assure you that a brand new replacement will be sent back to you at no additional cost. However, kindly make sure that the original product tag and the garment's packaging is as it was when you received it.
You can easily return orders by following the steps below.
- Fill out the Return Form received in the parcel.
- Please note that the merchandise returned should be in its original condition, tags and packaging included. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Contact our customer care to arrange a pick up for you.
However, due to merchandise restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds of goods that you may have purchased from our stockists.
Once the package has been delivered to our studio, and the garment is found to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued within 3 to 7 days, depending on the time of the year. We will send you an email confirming your refund. If the garment does not meet the conditions described, it will be sent back to you.
Can I send the return by myself?
You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to our studio, using the following address:

However, kindly note that Crow will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use your return service. Thus, we suggest you choose a trackable and reliable shipping service.
Can I combine returns from different orders?
Yes, different pieces can be returned in the same box, as long as the tags and packaging are intact. When choosing to do this, we would like to be informed at email@example.com.
Is it possible to get my dress altered?
Yes, we do help in altering pieces so that they fit you just to your liking. Kindly contact customer care to get in touch with us about your specifications and changes you would like.
I want to return a gift, can I still get a refund on it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from gifts or pieces.
Can I exchange custom made dresses?
Unfortunately, we do not extend our return and refund services to custom made pieces.
We are happy to tend to your needs if you change your mind and need your order in a different size or colour. We offer this service of exchange to be carried out within 10 days of your delivery date.
When filling out the return form, kindly choose ‘Exchange’ as the option and note your desired size, style, colour that you would like in your replacement. We will then make sure your preferred item, in particular, is held for you by the time we receive your return. As soon as we have your returned item, we will ship your replaced item to your address. To keep you updated, you will also receive a confirmation email to let you know that your shipping has been confirmed.
Although you can change the size and colour of an item only once, if you wish, you can return the item using the simple steps mentioned in our Return Policy.
Please note: We currently do not provide exchanges or returns scheduled outside of India.
